Introduction

Thank you for using DockFix! We take your privacy seriously and want to be transparent about the data we collect and how it’s used. DockFix is developed and maintained by Gustav Lübker, with the goal of providing a smooth and secure experience for our users.

Data Collection

We only collect the essential information needed to manage your app licenses, payments and other app functionality such as sending feedback. This includes your email address and name, which are necessary to register and manage your DockFix license. Additionally, if you reach out for support through our website, we may collect some information about your device to help diagnose and resolve issues, but we do not retain this data for long.

To improve DockFix and enhance the user experience, we also collect some anonymized data such as device information, use of the app and your country. This data is not linked to you personally and is used only for internal product improvement. We do not collect or store detailed tracking data beyond what is strictly necessary for this purpose.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share any of your personal data with third parties. Any anonymized tracking data we collect is strictly for internal use to improve DockFix, and it is not linked to your identity or shared externally.

Payment Information

Payments for DockFix are processed securely through Buy Me a Coffee using Stripe. We only store limited payment information such as your email and name which is linked to your license for future access. No other payment details are saved anywhere or shared with third parties.

Refunds are Unfortunately not possible as the user can try the app for 7-days free before committing to a purchase. If you have any issues with your purchase or the app, please reach out to us at dockfix@lubker.dk.

From time to time, we may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
